Video: Reiss Nelson Scores Two Goals For Hoffenheim

Arsenal loaned Reiss Nelson to Hoffenheim in the summer and the young Englishman was today on the score sheet.

Arsenal midfielder Reiss Nelson who is now on loan to Hoffenheim scored twice on Saturday as his club collected three points against Nuremberg. It seems the young Englishman has finally got trusted by the boss of Hoffenheim after he had a splendid performance.

Reiss Nelson was with the Arsenal squad in its pre-season tours and he performed well but Unai Emery said that he wanted him to gain enough experience since he would find chances limited at the Emirates Stadium if he stayed this season.

You can watch the video highlights of the match where Reiss Nelson scores a brace below.

Arsenal fans have been left speechless after seeing how Reiss Nelson is slowly settling into the Germany Bundesliga because this wasn’t the first time he scored for Hoffenheim. One Arsenal fan wrote in reply to above video; “He will surely get game time at Arsenal next season.” and the other wrote; “ One of our own”.

Reiss Nelson’s fantastic performance comes a few days after he scored a remarkable free kick goal for England youth team when they faced Scotland in the international break. It won’t come as a big surprise if the gunners recall him in the January transfer window if Unai Emery’s men get injured during the next few months.
